Memphis posed for the camera for her Instagram post.

She extended her arms and held her phone in front of her, which showed off part of her body.

The star donned an off-the-shoulder pink sweater, which exposed her shoulders and a part of her chest.

She paired the look with short shorts featuring a bright patchwork pattern.

Memphis accessorized with a silver chain necklace and a pair of round blue eyeglasses.

The star also had a pink purse hooked over her shoulder.

She tilted her head to the side and gave a sultry look at the camera.

The 23-year-old left her dark brunette locks lightly styled and struck a great resemblance to her mom, Danielle.

SHE’S BACK
“Uwu’s in chat if you miss me,” she captioned the post.

This was Memphis’ first post for a couple of weeks after the star took a break after the holidays.

Several fans were happy to see her return to the social media platform and left comments of admiration.

“I miss seeing posts from you,” wrote an avid follower.

“Nice to see you again,” added another.

“Haven’t seen anything from you in a bit. Hope you’re well,” left a third.

STRIKING RESEMBLANCE
One fan could not get over how similar she looked to her mom in the photo.

“Wow you look like your mama,” they wrote and added a fire emoji.

Memphis is well-known for posting raunchy content online, as she promotes her OnlyFans frequently.

Danielle herself is known to flaunt her figure, with the star performing in several burlesque shows recently.

The pair have a close relationship, as Danielle posted a photo of her and her children getting matching tattoos in December.

AMERICAN Pickers’ Frank Fritz has been under conservatorship since 2022, but he’s hit some rough patches since it was approved.

Frank, 58, suffered a stroke on July 14, 2022, and a month later, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed that his longtime friend filed to be his temporary guardian, with MidWestOne Bank as his conservator on August 18, 2022.

It started after Frank suffered a stroke and was unable to care for himself

In the court documents, it was revealed Frank stayed in the hospital for a month before being released to a nursing facility.

The court papers claimed the stroke impaired his decision-making and he could not care for himself.

The documents also said he couldn’t make “important decisions concerning his own financial affairs.”

RISK OF REMOVAL
Almost a year later, the American Pickers star was still under conservatorship, but things had gone downhill.

The U.S. Sun exclusively obtained court documents in June 2023 that said a “Notice of Delinquency for Conservatorships” was filed.

The delinquency was generated after an inventory report was not filed by the expected due date of December 12, 2022.

Court documents state that the conservator could be removed and disciplinary action could be taken if the report wasn’t filed within 60 days.

These documents also revealed that MidWestOne Bank was Frank’s conservator, while Frank’s friend, Chris Davis, was his guardian.

ASKING FOR SECRECY
In June 2023, more documents were exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun.

The documents revealed that Frank’s conservator MidWestOne Bank wanted to seal his inventory.

The bank wanted to seal the “Protected Person’s real property and monetary assets,” as Frank is a known celebrity and antique collector.

MidWestOne also claimed the inventory contained private information about Frank’s assets and whereabouts.

A judge approved the bank’s request, and the documents would remain sealed.

WHERE THERE’S A WILL
In October, Frank’s official will for his $6 million estate was filed.

His lawyer filed a “will prior to death” on October 11, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed.

It was filed to “safe-keep” his will, and a judge reviewed and accepted it.

Then, on April 4, 2024, a judge reviewed the annual report and went over Frank’s inventory and assets.

The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed that the judge approved the conservator and guardian’s latest annual report, according to court records.

The Initial Plan MidWestOne Bank filed that showed his monthly expenses in November 2022, revealed that Frank spent $28,292 a month on expenses, and the majority of his budget was spent on “in-home health care.”

His annual healthcare total is $273,984.
