‘American Pickers’ Mike Wolfe Gets Acting Gig In Action Movie

Mike Wolfe is known for his specialty shop, Antique Archaeology, and appearing on American Pickers. However, Wolfe revealed a new job on social media: he is set to make his acting debut in an upcoming action film. Cast and crew from the upcoming film have also notably responded to the post.

Mike Wolfe is best known for creating and starring on American Pickers. On the series, Wolfe and a co-host travel around the United States to search for antiques, all in the search for treasure.

Wolfe is also known for his specialty shop, Antique Archaeology, which had been based in Iowa and Tennessee. However, Wolfe might be considering another career path, according to recent news.

As noted by Collider, Wolfe is set to appear in the neo-Western Day of Reckoning. The film, which is set to come on in theaters on March 28, 2025, also stars Billy Zane, Zach Roerig, and Cara Jade Myers. Wolfe’s girlfriend, Leticia Cline, is also attached to the project.

According to the publication, the story revolves around “a sheriff on the brink of losing his job and marriage when he teams up with a U.S. Marshal to hunt down a dangerous outlaw.” Wolfe’s character will be known as Mark. However, at this time, not much is known about the character.

Wolfe shared the news on Instagram. As he wrote, “So excited that I got to have a part in The Day of Reckoning movie that will be released exclusively in Theaters nationwide on March 28th!”

Wolfe notably teased the story will be “a reckoning built on bullets. A story too intense for your living room. Witness it in theaters only.”

Notably, Wolfe tagged many of his cast mates in the project. Some of them even took to the comments to respond.

Myers notably wrote, “So excited to be a part of this amazing project!!!” Wolfe himself responded to this, as did Myers, with both saying it was “great” to meet each other.

Shaun Silva, who is making his first feature directorial debut with the project, shared, “Blessed to have you be part of my first feature directorial debut. We’ve been friends a long time, your support and faith in me and my career is amazing. Love you buddy!” Singer Shannon Brown Silva, who is married to Shaun, also wrote, “I’m pumped to see it on the big screen!! So excited & proud for everyone.”
